New Year Eve on the Oregon Coast 2015

After 29 days of record rainfall, the weather cleared and the cold East wind began to blow.  Road Trip to the Coast was in order.  The 30+ mph offshore breeze cleaned up the waves.  However, the windchill was in the low 20s with the water temperature in the low 50s.  I call it "Survival Surfing".
These shots were taken at Pacific City, Oregon.  The Haystack rock is in the background of a few shots.
