February Coast road trip

The light wasn't that great but I really needed to get out for a trip to the coast. Nothing really shook my tree but I needed to waste several hours while the tide dropped.  Main goal of the trip was carnelian agate.  Did much better in the that department than the image making.  Here are a few of the image results anyway.

 Sand Lake dunes with burned, dead, storm damaged trees.  Looks as if there was once a treeline along the road.  Fire and Winter storms have pretty much destroyed that.

This shot is looking South on Netarts Bay towards Cape Lookout.
